AIMM provides Commercial Intelligence Services as an independent provider of Commercial Intelligence.
Each Commercial Intelligence Deliverable is prepared using methodologies and processes selected by AIMM and is supplied solely to support the Recipient's own independent commercial assessment.
The provision of Commercial Intelligence Deliverables does not constitute brokerage, agency, transaction execution, financing, legal advice or investment advice, and does not transfer responsibility for commercial decisions from the Recipient to AIMM.
