OUR OPERATING MODEL

AIMM operates as an independent provider of Commercial Intelligence Services.

AIMM researches, compiles and organises Commercial Intelligence relating to selected procurement opportunities and, where AIMM elects to do so, may provide Commercial Intelligence Deliverables through its structured Commercial Intelligence Framework.

Commercial Intelligence Deliverables are intended solely to support the Recipient's independent commercial assessment and decision-making.

AIMM does not execute commodity transactions, purchase or sell commodities, arrange financing, provide banking or payment services, negotiate contracts on behalf of counterparties or participate in the performance of underlying commercial transactions.

Recipients remain solely responsible for conducting their own independent legal, commercial, financial, technical, operational, regulatory and compliance due diligence before relying upon or acting upon any Commercial Intelligence Deliverable or related information.

NON-INVESTMENT BUSINESS MODEL

AIMM operates exclusively as an independent provider of Commercial Intelligence Services.

AIMM does not invest in commercial projects, provide project finance, deploy capital, arrange funding or participate as an equity investor in commercial transactions.

AIMM's role is limited to preparing and supplying Commercial Intelligence Deliverables in accordance with its Commercial Intelligence Framework.

COMMERCIAL REMUNERATION

AIMM's remuneration is determined exclusively by the applicable contractual arrangements governing the provision of its Commercial Intelligence Services.

Depending upon the applicable commercial framework, remuneration may comprise:

• fixed service fees;

• subscription arrangements;

• milestone payments;

• agreed service fees;

• transaction-linked remuneration; or

• other agreed commercial consideration.

The applicable remuneration structure does not alter AIMM's status as an independent provider of Commercial Intelligence Services and does not create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary or representative relationship unless expressly established under separate contractual arrangements.

INDEPENDENCE

AIMM operates independently of buyers, sellers, suppliers, manufacturers, financial institutions, logistics providers and other market participants.

Commercial Intelligence Deliverables are supplied solely to support the Recipient's own independent commercial assessment.

Recipients remain solely responsible for:

• verifying information;

• assessing counterparties;

• conducting independent due diligence;

• obtaining appropriate professional advice where required;

• satisfying their own governance and compliance requirements; and

• determining whether to pursue any commercial opportunity.

Nothing supplied by AIMM transfers or reduces these responsibilities.

INFORMATION QUALITY

AIMM applies structured research methodologies, analytical processes and technology-assisted workflows designed to improve the organisation, consistency and presentation of Commercial Intelligence.

Information originating from third parties may, however, be amended, withdrawn, superseded or become unavailable without notice.
